STORE POLICY

RETURNS

All RETURNS must be post marked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition with all it's original packaging.

RETURNS PROCESS

To Return a item, please email info@originalhoodbrand.co.za to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item/s securely in it's original packaging & mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all the return shipping charges. we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. you may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return & inspecting the conditions of your item/s. we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item/s to process your return or exchange. we will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

no refunds

On any custom apparel. its the clients responsibility to ensure the correct artwork was submitted for printing preferences upon artwork confirmation received.

For defective or damaged products please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
